What is the best table lamp for a bedside table?
A ceramic table lamp with a linen shade is ideal for bedside tables. These lamps combine sculptural design with soft ambient lighting. Are your lamps compatible with dimmer switches?
Yes — all our lamps use a standard E26 base, which is compatible with dimmable LED bulbs. We recommend LED bulbs rated 40W–60W equivalent for optimal ambiance. Simply pair with a Lutron-compatible dimmer switch for full control.
What bulb type should I use?
We recommend LED A19 bulbs (E26 base, 40W–60W equivalent). LED bulbs run cooler and last longer than incandescent alternatives, which is important for ceramic lamp bases. Smart bulbs (Google Home / HomeKit compatible) also work with our lamps.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — all orders within the United States ship free. There is no minimum order value required. We do not currently ship internationally. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Is there any sales tax added to my order?
No — we do not collect sales tax on any orders. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay. There are no hidden fees or taxes added at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at info@aurahavenhomes.com with your order number. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions. How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. The credit will appear on your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
What if my lamp arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your lamp arrives damaged. Email info@aurahavenhomes.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required for damaged items.
