Refund Policy

At AuraHaven Homes LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Any items that are damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or show signs of use may not be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aurahavenhomes.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Return Shipping Costs

For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@aurahavenhomes.com.
